Fulfillment Status Update #2

Hi Backers,
We wanted to push out this brief update to keep you updated on the status of your rewards. In the last update, we went over the expected delivery timeline for batch #1 and batch #2 and the total completion rate so far. We're happy to say that we have now shipped out 76% of all completed surveys!
Batch #1
We anticipated the arrival of batch #1 on September 8th but delays at the port meant we would only receive this batch at our warehouse on September 25th, slightly delaying our fulfillment plan.
All quantities were accounted for and we have been able to ship out the majority of the remaining orders in the early bird reward tiers with a delivery date of June, July, and August as well as a big chunk of Snoozer rewards tiers with a delivery date of October. There are only a few orders remaining in the early bird reward tiers that have not yet shipped.
The shipping for Snoozer and Early Bird rewards is still ongoing so be sure to monitor your email for tracking notifications from us. You will receive a tracking number in your email as soon as your order is packed and labeled.
Batch #2
The production of the next batch has been completed and was shipped out to our freight forwarder on September 28th for ocean arrangement.
We expected this batch to arrive October 25th but we just received notice that this batch will arrive around November 15th. Global logistics can be hard to pin down around this time of year as we are closing in on peak season which occurs around Black Friday and Christmas. We're taking all precautions and will do our verybest to ensurethe earliest delivery date for all remaining rewards.

Fulfillment Status Update

Hi Backers,
We're off to a great start with fulfillment and many of you are reading this update while wrapped into your new bathrobe :) We're excited to bring each and every one of you awesome backers an upgraded bathroom experience!
Fulfilled orders
We're very proud to say that rewards were shipped ON TIME and a large majority of rewards were shipped ahead of schedule. This is a big win in the world of crowdfunding and the processes we have developed on this campaign will be carried on with future campaigns!
We have so far shipped out just over 57% of all completed surveys. The first reward tiers shipped were the early bird reward tiers with a delivery date of June, July, and August. There is still a small number of backers in these reward tiers who have not received a tracking update or shipping notification. We're working on getting all of these reward tiers shipped out as soon as possible.
The demand for the Charcoal color was definitely higher than anticipated and that resulted in running out of all things Charcoal (If you're in the early bird reward tiers and don't mind switching to another color, we can likely get your order out even sooner- just let us know!)
Unfulfilled orders
The next batch of orders to be shipped will be all the Snoozer reward tiers with a delivery date of October as well as any early bird reward tiers containing the XXL size. We have still not shipped out any orders containing any XXL sizes. As you might remember, the XXL was a new addition we included at the end of the campaign so it had a later start date on the production cycle.
Production is still going strong and we're now waiting on the second delivery from the factory. We're working with some of the best freight forwarders in the industry to cut the travel/wait times in half. Our goal is to get all backers their items as quickly as possible! We have two more batches arriving from the factory:
Batch #1 - arrives September 8th and includes the new XXL bathrobes. This batch will be ready to ship by September 16th.
Batch #2 - arrives on October 25th and includes all remaining stock. This batch will be ready to ship by November 4th

First Batch Shipping + Washing Instructions

Hi Backers,
We wanted to send out this brief update to let you know that we have started shipping out the first batch of orders. We're currently shipping out the following reward tiers:
The Single - Early Bird - $85
The Couple 2X Robes - $160
The Trio 3X Robes - $220
The Squad 4X Robes - $280
Backers that filled out their surveys first, will be the first to receive their shipping notification. You'll receive an email from us with the contents of your package as well as the tracking number for your package.
Some backers should have already received a tracking number for their package. The email with your tracking information will be coming from us: Casamera and from this email address: [email protected].
Please make sure you check your spam/junk folders for your tracking information and to closely keep an eye on the tracking updates.
All orders from Batch #1 should be out of the warehouse and en route to you by the end of this week. This batch will cover 45% of all Kickstarter rewards.
Washing Instructions
Your bathrobe will arrive pre-washed and wrapped in our special sugarcane packaging. To ensure your bathrobe lasts for as long as possible we recommend sticking to the below washing instructions:
1) Always wash in cold water. Avoid exposing the fabric to high heat.
2) Hang or lay flat to dry. If necessary, you can place the robe in the dryer on the air-fluff or air-dry setting for no more than 20 minutes. The robe is quick to dry and should take 2 hours or less to dry when hung outside.
These may seem simple and common sense to most backers but it's important to follow the care instructions to guarantee that your favorite new bath garment will last you for a long time.
